BF4 Update R7


Changes:
- admin.say command should now no longer display as being said by the first player on the server, but rather as an admin message
- vars.preset should now work better in conjunction with other vars settings.
- Added a label showing the current preset in the server UI
- Player GUID should now be correctly set when joining from the server queue
- Fixes for the two most common server crashes
The administrator has disabled public write access.
